We are so excited to see you IRL at Bestie Festie from February 15th–16th in Vancouver. Picture this: a retreat you don't even have to book time off for... Step 1: Pack a night bag! Step 2: Grab a bite with a dozen ladies and 'gentlethems' in downtown vancouver Step 3: Hit up Club Femme for a workshop so you REALLY feel the love within your squad Step 4: Head over to a night of dancing because our energy will be oh so right Step 5: We chauffer you to the Club Femme Manor where we will spend the night Step 6: SLUMBER PARTY (giggling over facemasks, drinks, oracle readings, and more!) Step 7: A day to relax, get fed, and participate in a workshop that will transform who you are into who you always new you could be Step 8: Final goodbyes! We set off to give the love of our lives, ourselves, what she wants. And we now have the squad to back her up through the highs and lows. We're having a fest with the besties so get ready to celebrate fabulous feminine energy this Galentine's with the most fun you’ll ever have without having to book time away and new deep female friendships to boot. Whether you were ALWAYS having slumber parties growing up or are brand new to the experience, I think it's safe to say we all miss the idea of staying up laughing only to wake up the next day without a care in the world while your meals and activities are taken care of. Please pay the deposit of $100 and take a few minutes to complete the attendee application form questions. Cancellation Policy
Hey, we get it. We're human. Life happens and as long as we can accommodate you in the event of something coming up, we will do our best. Here are some general policies regarding this purchase. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 2 days prior to the scheduled event date. Failure to provide the required notice may result in forfeiture of the ticket(s) without refund. Refund Policy: Refunds will be issued for cancellations made in accordance with the cancellation policy. Refunds will be processed within 5-14 business days of receiving the cancellation request. A cancellation fee of 5% of the ticket price may apply to cover administrative costs if they apply (this is up to the websites processing the refund.) Non-Transferable: Tickets are generally non-transferable between individuals. We love a good request though. Any requests for ticket transfers must be submitted in writing and approved by Lily at Club Femme at least 3 days before the event date. Event Cancellation: In the event of cancellation by Club Femme due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond our control (e.g., inclement weather, venue issues, not enough attendees), ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, ticket holders will be entitled to a full refund of the ticket price or to sign up for another Connect. Whichever suits you. Partial Attendance: No refunds will be issued for partial attendance or non-attendance of the event(s) included in the pack of sessions. Right to Refuse Service: Club Femme reserves the right to refuse service or admission to any individual who violates the terms and conditions outlined herein or behaves in a manner deemed disruptive or inappropriate by staff.
